Dr. Amor Arja

Dr. Amor Arja is a dentist who enjoys treating patients of all ages. She prioritises taking the time to listen to each patient’s feedback and recognises all patient’s have unique needs.

Dr Amor Arja completed her Bachelor of Nursing (Advanced) degree at The University of Sydney where she ranked in the top 5% of her nursing cohort. She then continued her studies to become a dentist whilst working on the frontlines as a registered nurse during the COVID pandemic. Dr Amor Arja completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree under the mentorship of multiple esteemed dental specialists in Australia. Her postgraduate degree included a core research topic on the effects one’s diet can have on their oral microbiome.

Dr Amor strives to combine her two degrees to provide compassionate, holistic and personal care to every single one of her patients. She prioritises emotional and physical comfort in the dental chair and seeks to reduce any dental anxiety. Overall, Dr Amor’s mission is to serve the local communities in both Young and Wagga Wagga through continued education.

Apart from being a dentist, Dr Amor enjoys spending time with her family, particularly her young cousins. Particularly loves seeing all the family on Christmas day which funnily enough is her birthday. She likes to stay active and has participated in almost all sports including swimming, tennis, soccer, boxing and taekwondo.
